Terms Of Service

Welcome to The Harmon Collective LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our digital products, online courses, downloadable resources, and phone consultation services (collectively, the “Services”).

By purchasing, accessing, or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to access or use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.


2. Digital Products

All digital products—including but not limited to e-books, templates, workbooks, online courses, and recordings—are delivered electronically.

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated at the point of sale.
  • You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license for personal or internal business use only.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, share, sublicense, or otherwise exploit any digital product without prior written permission from The Harmon Collective LLC.

3. Phone Consultation Services

Consultation services are provided by appointment only and must be scheduled in advance through our booking system or by direct agreement.

  • Consultation fees are due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged in writing.
  • Cancellations & Rescheduling: A minimum of forty-eight (48) hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  • Missed appointments or cancellations made without proper notice are non-refundable.

Consultation services are provided for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for all decisions, actions, and outcomes resulting from the information provided.

The Harmon Collective SMS Opt-In

  1. Customer SMS opt-In; customers consent to receive non-marketing text messages from The Harmon Collective LLC about reminders, announcements, and meeting/order confirmations. In addition, customers may also receive promotional updates on special offers.
  2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
  3. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to (Info@theharmoncollective.com or call at 346 -483-3444)
  4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  5. As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency — you will receive two messages a week. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payments are processed through approved third-party payment processors.
  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current billing information.
  • All payments are final unless otherwise stated in a specific refund policy applicable to a particular Service.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided through our Services—including text, graphics, logos, videos, recordings, and digital downloads—are the exclusive property of The Harmon Collective LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works without prior written consent.


6. No Guarantees

We make no representations or guarantees regarding specific outcomes, earnings, or results from the use of our Services. Results depend on individual circumstances, effort, and implementation.


7. Disclaimer of Warranties

All Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Harmon Collective LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.


9. Confidentiality

Information shared during consultations may be confidential or sensitive in nature. We agree to maintain confidentiality and will not disclose your information without consent, except as required by law or legal process.


10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.


11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

All sales of digital products—including e-books, templates, workbooks, online courses, and recordings—are final.

Due to immediate electronic delivery, no refunds or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.
